Today, January 26th, is Australia Day. It’s a celebration day of Aussies everywhere being Australians. According to Australiaday.org.au, “Australia Day is the day to reflect on what we have achieved and what we can be proud of in our great nation. It’s the day for us to re-commit to making Australia an even better place for the future.” And for that Google provides a specific Google Doodle which is currently showing in its homepage to commemorate this special event.
This latest Google Doodle design is composed of beach items such as a slipper, beach ball, sunglass and ice drop formed the Google Logo. It is said that these items symbolize and categorize Australia as a Beach Resort more than a businesslike country.
While it is nice that Google provides Google Logos specific to country events. This Google Doodle is only visible at Google.com.au
