A good place to find and read useful SEO Articles and most up-to-date SEO News

September 20, 2011 – Google now lets you share info from maps on Google+.

Search engine giant Google has now made it a little much easier to share directions, addresses and more from Google Maps on Google+ through the latest +snippets feature which has been added to Maps.

As Google continues to make updates to expand the use of the +1 button and the integration of Google+ into more of its services as well as to make sharing across Google just as easy, Google has rolled out this latest Google+ snippet — a +snippets for users and publishers as well as SEO Company and search engine optimization expert alike that will make it much easier to visit a webpage and then share it on Google+.

By simply clicking “Share…” in the menu bar, users can now share what they are looking at on Maps with their Google+ circles quickly and easily.
For instance, if you are planning to go on a road trip with friends, then you wants to share directions with them on Google+ — with the latest +snippet — you can now do that easily. Moreover, you can also share hotel information, places and other details of your road trip through this latest new Google Maps +snippet.

To use the latest Google Maps +snippet, just like when you share content to Google+ from a website using the +1 button, or when you want to share directions for instance, just click “Share…” in the Google+ bar at the top of the screen, the +snippet will display a thumbnail image and a description — whatever you see on Maps is what you’ll see in the sharebox —then you can then add a comment before sharing the +snippet with selected circles or individuals.

The latest +snippet have made Google Maps one of the other Google products like Books, Offers and Product Search that have +snippets integrations — part of Google’s aim in making sharing across Google easier.
