The buzz going around has it that Twitter is now inviting a select group of users including professional SEOs for the testing of its new analytics product, this according to Mashable. Rumors have been going around regarding the said product and a Twitter executive has made a statement earlier this year that their new Analytics is said to debut by the end of the current year.
Twitter Analytics is said to offer users with a plethora of data regarding their account. Some of these include the information wherein the most successful tweets will be posted, the tweets that have made people decide to unfollow, and who the most influential users are and those who have replied and retweeted their messages.
Google has images which show the said data in a chart. There you will see through a bar graph a result of a 6-hour increment the mentions, follows and unfollows, how you can filter tweets by categories which are defined as “best”, “good”, and “all”.
The said new product of Twitter is predicted to be a major blow to the third-party vendors which are also offering the same tools as there are news going around that the new Twitter Analytics will be free and has no impending plans to charge any amount.
Mashable is still in the process of gathering more information regarding this latest news and is waiting for Evan Williams of Twitter to take the stage at the Web 2.0 Summit which is taking place in San Francisco so people are advised to stay connected.
Whatever the statement might be, the current product from Twitter is guaranteed to boost the site’s popularity. Many users are into Twitter and with the new Analytics, it is predicted that it will attract more to use Twitter. This has yet to be seen so people have something to look forward to in the coming days.
